Jacmar Cottage, is situated in a country lane within 5 minutes walk of the railway station and bus stop. It is 10 minutes from the village centre, where there is a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also bike hire and several riding stables nearby.

Brockenhurst is an excellent base of exploring the New Forest on foot, bike, horse, train or by car. We can recommend walks and bike rides direct from our door. If you wish to bring your own bikes they can be locked in our garage, when not in use. Brockenhurst is a mainline station with frequent trains to Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Isle of Wight (via ferry link) and Winchester. London Waterloo is only 90 minutes away. We are only 10 minutes drive from Lymington, Lyndhurst, Beaulieu and Burley.

Jacmar Annex is a self-contained ground floor apartment with its own front door. The accommodation comprises of a large bed/sitting room, a separate kitchen/dinning room and shower room with toilet. The bed/sitting room has a super king-sized (6ft) bed (or 3ft twins if required) and a comfortable leather sofa, colour TV and Video\DVD. There is sofa bed, if needed. The kitchen is well equipped, including full size ceramic hob cooker with grill and fan oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and a wide range of cooking utensils and china. Outside there is your own private parking and patio area with garden furniture. All bed linen and towels are provided, at no extra cost. Laundry service also available

Directions From M27 junction 1 turn South on A337 through Lyndhurst towards Lymington take the first turning left over the level crossing at Brockenhurst Station we are 150 yds down the road on the left hand side.
